Back to Basics
Are you a First Responder, Frontline worker, or Military Personnel?
Do any of these apply to you:
🔲 Depression
🔲 Anxiety
🔲 PTSD
🔲 Irritable
🔲 Sad all the time
🔲 Short temper
🔲 Relationship issues with friends, family or colleagues
🔲 Avoiding activities you love
🔲 Can’t concentrate for very long
🔲 Unhappy in your job
🔲 Need to lose weight
🔲 Unmotivated
🔲 Can’t stick with any regime (diet/exercise/wellness/medical advice)
🔲 Difficulty following your doctor’s health recommendations
🔲 Not sure why you feel bad
Your job is one of the most important in our community, so you have to take care of yourself first in order to take care of others.
So, if you’re experiencing any of the concerns above, it can be overwhelming and it can feel like there's no way out, and you don’t want to burden the people you care about. You might wish that you could run away from it all. But you can’t. You have a job to do, and people are counting on you.
You may feel like you don’t have the time or the energy to take care of your own health first.
If this sounds familiar, come to a Back to Basics meeting, where you will learn how to identify key areas of your life, and develop strategies and lifelong skills to achieve balance and personal growth.
We will look at areas such as:
- mental health;
- physical health and activity;
- managing relationships;
- career and finances;
- healthy social life;
- identifying important relationships and beliefs; and
- learning to make healthy choices.
You only get one shot at life, and you owe it to yourself, and your loved ones, to make sure you are living your very best life, physically, mentally, and emotionally, right now.
All it takes is to free your mind, and get Back to Basics.
