Specialist Support Coordination Services

I provide Specialist Support Coordination for NDIS participants with complex support needs and high levels of system involvement. My work focuses on complex case management where multiple services, legal frameworks, and risk factors are involved.

This includes supporting NDIS participants and assisting families who are managing — or need help managing — the care and systems surrounding a family member with significant mental health, disability, and legal complexity.

I work with people who are:

  • involved with multiple providers across Justice, Housing, and other mainstream services
  • dealing with NDIA s100 reviews or internal reviews
  • preparing a Change of Circumstances application or requesting an early plan reassessment
  • seeking support with SIL and SDA submissions
  • needing support and advice for matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)
  • subject to Public Guardian or Financial Guardian arrangements, Community Treatment Orders (CTOs), or Forensic Orders
  • managing pending or current court matters

Experience that matters

  • over 20 years’ experience in complex case management, including Community Corrections and Parole Units.
  • extensive experience managing clients with multiple mental health and disability diagnoses
  • high-level experience navigating bail supervision, parole conditions, and court-based orders including Extended Supervision Orders (ESOs)
  • extensive experience working with public housing, community mental health services, hospitals, police, and specialist allied health professionals
